What does final sale mean?

Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" means that the item is not eligible for a return.

Final Sale items are marked in several places including:

On the specific product page

At checkout

On your order confirmation

Why isn't my discount code working?

Some promotional codes are only valid for specific items or orders that meet a certain threshold. If a promotional code isn't working, make sure your order complies with the promotion's requirements and that the code hasn't expired. Information about discount code exclusions is provided for applicable items on the individual product pages.Discount coupons cannot be used to buy any kind of gift card.Each order is limited to one discount code. We advise using the discount code offering the greatest savings! If you have multiple discounts, test them out during checkout to see which one will save you the most money. Every cent, we are aware, counts! Other exclusions may apply.

How to make a return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Is my order/payment secured?

Yes, 22homedecor is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify.

We are very serious about securely hosting your store and have invested significant time and money to certify our solution is PCI compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, we work hard to keep our shopping cart and ecommerce hosting secure.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! We have digital e-gift cards available for purchase here! Gift cards are an amazing birthday or graduation gift, and a great option if you want the recipient to be able to choose the items they love for their space. You can send the gift card directly to your email. All e-gift cards are available to be sent immediately after purchase.

Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address specified immediately after placing your order.
